Post Hearing protection
I'm looking for some electronic hearing protection to wear while running my surface drive. I currently just use disposable ear plugs but would like to upgrade and block out even more sound. What do you guys wear and recommend? Thanks for your time.

Buddy has the ear muffs that block out the sound when u shoot , I'm sure u could just turn down the volume on them when running motor.. I've tried them and they work well for under $75

Double protection is your best bet.

Russ I was looking at those very muffs but saw that they worked well for shooting but not so well for constant noise. Can you advise if this is the case?
Work requires that I use hearing protection and after several years I find everything is loud. I don't even run a four wheeler without ear plugs. I love my boat but hate the noise.

I flew in a customer's plane with these and they were like magic- http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/sho ... c=K3073308
I felt like an indian seeing a gun for the first time.
If you're in a $20k+ duck boat, what's another grand??
That said I have a couple of sets of $15.00 3M earmuffs for long runs, they also keep my head warmer late in the year.
