Finish my first case of shell allready!!!
Made it out for my first solo hunts this week and had some nice field hunts. One case of shells down 2 more to go! Wouldn't heart my feelings any if I had to buy more. the ducks are starting to hit some of the places I had my eye on hoping for my first limit of ducks in a field this year.

^ i hear ya aint no better in wi...duck commanders running a muck. It sucks having to drive 3+ hours to get to places where there isn't alot of pressure. Too many people around here shoot off the marsh at ducks 100 yards passing over.

Re: Finish my first case of shell allready!!!
This is off topic but I met some guys from Ontario this weekend. They were down here practicing for the bass masters classic.
They walked over to my boat and said "holy shit look at that engine!" The were astounded at how it looked. Then they wanted to rent it from me for about a week to fish the bayou. I passed on the offer though!

Re: Finish my first case of shell allready!!!
That's awesome tinman.. With the weather being mild so far and the birds not going anywhere, it's looking like another banner year in the making. I have not noticed any migrators as of yet, and there is still an abundance of blue and green wing teal around.. The weather can change in an instant here, but the extended forecast is mild for the rest of the month..
