On the final day of the season in Mississippi while hunting with his Uncle CoonDik Tyler dropped this 9 point, 205 LB deer. This is the first nice buck he has ever killed. I'm really glad that he did not follow in the foot steps of his step-uncle bjg when he stuck a buck in Mississippi 2 weeks ago.

can't tell ya how excited and proud i was last Sunday when Tyler got dis buck. He has been coming up there with me for 3 years now, mostly working on the property and hunting when he could. he put in a lot of time in the wood dis year getting to know the deer habits. the week before he set up on a corner that overlooked some deer trails he had found in a blind he made out brush & pine trees. it was in this same spot one week later that everything would come together! purdy impressive for a 16 y.o.! Congrats to ya lil' man! 9 more months and we'll be back at 'em!
