 1648 GRIZZLY WITH A MUDBUDDY STAGE 1
Has anyone ran a surface drive on a grizzly boat or anything similar. Ive come across a deal where i can get a boat that has a little bit of damage from a car wreck for free and found a killer deal on a motor from a friend after this season. Just wanting to know if anyone has ever tried a setup like this,. Ill be putting the mud buddy hd 35 with a stage one kit on it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Like ya said no mud flats all thick vegetation. I got a piece of quarter inch thick aluminum and used it as a brace for the transom it have no issues.
