You might have something to say if they've ever had to sleep in shifts in the sand and rocks under the oil pan of an idling 7 ton truck to keep from freezing to death while someone watched for incoming. Picking the coldest week every year to go sleep on the ground and chase some damn birds isnt a qualifier for manhood. Have fun with your nifty new fireplace... Don't fall your goofy ass in it.
