Easiest way is to buy LEDs with converters on them that are made for 110v.

If you are talking about getting something like this (12v) :
http://www.amazon.com/LED-Wrangler-Trai ... work+lightYou will need to buy a converter rated for the proper amount of amps for the lights you are running, and since those are cool white lights, I would tell you to buy some yellow tint and tint them.
