Most of ya'll don't know me, and most of ya won't care, but Brooks... if your tryin' to figure TBS out... good luck. I've known him for over 10 years and I ain't figured that one out yet.

I can tell you this. He has never paid a cent to shoot a bird and he ain't rich. Hell, I'm in construction and I pull more $$ than he does after he factors in all his student loans. But what he does spend his money on is ducks. More specifically, gas to find ducks, decoys to get ducks, and toys to get to the ducks faster.

The other thing I can tell you, is the 3 most important things in his life (other than his wife - maybe?).

1. His dog. Man oh man... he loves his dog. And he's a great one. I'm proud to say I helped TBS get started with Tanner and even if my help was only a small, small fraction why Tanner is so good, I'll take it.

2. Ducks. Man loves ducks. Callin' ducks, killin' ducks, watchin' ducks, workin' ducks, findin' ducks. You name it... ducks, ducks, ducks. It's almost sick.

3. His opinion. He loves DU, if you don't... tough. He don't shoot hens, if you do... tough. You want to spend your money on somethin' other than ducks... fine... you want to bitch about it... tough. etc., etc., etc...

So if you ask me, a man who loves his wife, his dog and the ducks we all talk so much about. He ain't so bad. And if he believes in what he believes in, and ain't scared to say it. Well, that's pretty honorable too, even if you don't agree with him.

So, that's my 2 cents... although he can be a pain in the ass sometimes!!!
