Post battery help
i have finally finished my bowfishing rig and took them out for the first time this past weekend. i have 10 48 watt led lights on 12 volt. i am running them off of 2 batteries in parallel. my questing is how to i charge both batteries at the same time. Will the battery charger i already have work just by hooking it up to one of the batteries. And what amp should i charge at since i have twice the capacity? thanks for the help
The charger i have can charge at 2 amps 10 amps and 15 amps.

Spend the money for an onboard smart charger. Usually charge at higher amps on a drained battery, and low amps to top them off. The onboards take the guess work out of it, just plug it in and walk away.

Hook the POS to POS on one battery and hook the neg to the neg on the opposite battery If you want to charge them with a standard charger while hooked in parallel.

Essentially you just created one big battery out of two. So treat it as one.

Google search. You wasted yourself some time asking this here. "Charging batteries hooked in parallel"
The first 30 images that pop up will show the same thing msm said. And using an oboard charger has those instructions in the box, as well as online. Help us help you, dude. Lol

Might be a dumb question cause I know nothing about bowfishing. Why not wire your lights for 110v and keep a quiet Honda generator on board?

You can't just wire the lights for 110...but some people do run 110 lights in their boats...some run generators to keep the batteries charged on dc lights too.
