 Re: Florida boys
Eight of us killed limits over on my buddy's farm in Estero but there were nowhere near the birds there usually are.

 Re: Florida boys
Ran from harney pond to observation island and half way to Indian prairie , seen 20 bwt a group of 10 had a drone flying in them. Figured they were better left to those guys. Did not make it to were I met you Jared but never seen a bird in that area.

 Re: Florida boys
Did well Saturday morning but Sunday was slow as could be, too many people and too few birds to have decent hunts. I am going tomorrow through the weekend and hoping to find some birds for a couple good hunts.

The birds appear to be no shows! Disappointing for sure but nature does not move how we want it to, unfortunately

 Re: Florida boys
There are a few, very very few, on Okeechobee from what I saw where mud boats could get to. Sounded like a few in the back with the airboat guys but not many. On another note, the bass were biting this morning

 Re: Florida boys
Ok think i found the drone bandits. Look up epic okeechobee duck hunt on youtube, im not smart enough to upload myself. I believe it shows them coming through the moore haven locks and hunting in la la land in a flats boat. The video has the home fgl song playin to it.

 Re: Florida boys
Gotcha, yeah the first week teal and woodys, the second teal only. Earlier in the post frog said he saw some teal with a drone following them. Today at work was bored and stum led across this lovely video in chobee. There hunting in a flats boat and shootin the shit outta the clear blue sky.

That happens everywhere. People with money to waste don't go through the effort to hone their skills because that money doesn't have the same value to them.

 Re: Florida boys
Maybe our zone is different or im misreading it but it says the first week is both, the next week is only teal. Honestly i havent paid a lot of attention to early season since i moved to florida. Havent hunted one yet. Regular seaon is a different story however. And yeah those boys do look well taken of.
