Do they hear the suppressed 300 blk at 200 yds? Figure they might hear something but not know where it came from.

Two of our bucks from shotgun season in Iowa. My 10 on the left green scored just about 160" and field dressed 246lbs. My buddies non typical on the right will go over 185" and field dressed 256lbs. Both free range deer. Seen the non typical once durning bow season but way outta range just before dark.

Thanks!!!!!! Can't beat them corn fed bucks!!!! I wish I could show more of my buddies. Every angle you look at it is amazing!!! Points everywhere! The night I seen him he was scratching the top of his ass with the drop tine. Never seen a deer like that around here before.

At least one state uses some common sense.

Another night shoot another hand full of deer.
Crazy looking stag nice job. You can use a suppressor to hunt in 30 some states. They are legal to own in about 40.
I held the light on this one, mate pulled the trigger.

He's stoked but also a tad pissed with himself because it's in full velvet and looking at the nubs growing on the rear tines looks like he could have gone between 14 and 16 points, A once in a lifetime trophy, now he's just away to the velvet crush.

I'm not much of a deer hunter anymore, and we don't get big deer in the part of the Hill Country I hunt... But I went this year because ducks were slow.
My biggest ever, and a couple sides of bacon.

Just starting to get rutted up here now. Was out Saturday night and the stags were just starting to roar.
Way to get the adrenaline going roaring in stags in the dark.
