 Orange beach,Al
Down here for a week and was going to fish off the beach some, is it worth it............the only salt water fishing experience I have is from fishing the beach and bays in galveston

You can have some fun fishing casting spoons off the tip of the jetties for Spanish mackerel. If you are fishing the surf, you might hit the pompano. I've had good luck with fish bites on a pompano bait rig. Other than that, it's mostly small whitefish, ladyfish, and cats. Some guys have caught redfish. I've never been that lucky. Get out there early.

No luck on the fishing yet but got to see a whole bunch of dolphins........one of me had a sheep head in its mouth.......if ur looking for a vacation spot it's pretty nice here
