 Swamp Runner on 4 Rivers Layout Boat

Post Swamp Runner on 4 Rivers Layout Boat
I have a Swamp Runner Mini on a Four Rivers Mini, and I am not satisfied. I have a 3hp Predator supplying the power, and it just isn't doing the job. Can you guys give me any guidance or suggestions as to what I should be using to power this boat? I don't need to fly across the water, but I don't want to get caught up in the weeds either. Thanks in advance.

For about $120 sometimes $94 you can get the 6.5hp predator
