I run regular fuel line from any auto parts store. The key is to keep it out of the sun.

Your truck uses ethanol and doesn't have 4$ per foot marine hose.

I run the cheap hose but replace every two years. Even the marine hose can take a shit early

GO spend the money on good marine fuel line and don't go on the cheap with it. Ethanol kills regular fuel line and it turns the gas orange, every time. I've had to replace it on several boats because of this reason including my own.

Most automotive applications are running steel line with small pieces of rubber line for connections, not 18-24 foot runs with fuel laying in them 24/7. But its your choice to listen or not. :)

I had the degraded hose in my bay boat replaced with a stainless line after it crapped out on me during a trip. That was money well spent in my opinion. I've been thinking about doing it on my mud rig. Anybody else ever gone that route?

1. don't run fuel with ethonal.
2. use a good quality fuel line designed for gasoline.
3. keep out off direct sunlight much as possible.
4. replace at least every 3 yrs.
5. run inline fuel filter before and as close to fuel pump as possible
6. use a good fuel stabilizer at all times.
7 use your boat more often then fuel doesn't have time to go bad.
