Has anyone heard anything on the go devil with neutral/reverse? Saw the video months back and saw a post where someone saw it at the sportsmans show,was wondering if anyone had any new info on it?

Still in development last I heard.

From what I heard, Coco won't release it until his son Lance can't break it. It may be a while but will be tough when it comes out.

I always had mud buddy longtails and had experience with the first hyperdrives. Ended up swapping to a GDLT, and now a GDSD. I enjoy the easy maintenance, no frills, not much to break, etc. seem like dependable units. I've never had reverse, so that's not a deal breaker for me. If I was in the market for a new motor, I'd probably go GD again. I'd be confident that if GD released a reverse model that it would have been properly vetted through R&D. Just my .02.

I am most surprised that Mr. Warren has decided to take the GDSD to another level.

I'm on my second GDSD since 2006, I like em, bucause they are simple and not complex...but I am kinda old school about those things. I still shoot a SxS...if that tells you anything. Don't like those afromatics.

On my 2nd 35 GDSD - First 35 GDSD ran hard for 8 years - then
sold her to a fellow who says she still gets it done.... Don't know
if I would "complicate" things with a gearbox - I have a pushpole...

10, I'm new to this thing. Bought my 35 GDSD used back in May. Broke the drive shaft and lost the prop 2 weeks ago. Pretty easy fix thought, just costs money.

For the record i respect what they do to help with stolen motors etc,,,, but yes they can be abit unfreindly until you pass the prescreening

Im sure to them a taller prop meant added load on the engine... but our kind like to play "hotrod" and need to be able to buy the parts we need

Also, keep in mind, Huck is running his BW on a canoe

Huck has more surface area on his prop making contact with the water than his boat does lol
