 PD question Just thinking out loud here, but has anyone run their PDs without the Velcro band around the clutch? I'm asking as from what I understand the majority of failures is due to heat build up in the top bearing or coil.
Thanks all, and the snow finally melted here. Only January so more is in future ha ha

Re: PD question Its not going to hold in heat to get that bearing hotter than with it off. Its there to keep water and mud from hitting the clutch

Re: PD question Hey Grunt, I haven't run mine with that sucka in a while! The bearing heat comes from slippage, tighten the piss outta that crank bolt and throw that grease catcher away...

Re: PD question Use an impact on the clutch bolt... Dugga dugga..USe Loctite on the bolt.
