If you wanna have an awesome time and maybe stay in a room where children were conceived on one side and someone got stabbed over an 8-ball on the other come on down I got a can of raid. :D

do you have a marine grade engine(cdi) or a regular briggs vanguard with a rev limiter installed?

you need to get a rev limiter put on it. 4600 is what I have on mine. prob. looking at 43- 4400 wide open in the water with your setup.

who did you buy the motor from? it has a bb mikuni adapter on it. I would keep it under 4500 rpm. Just be careful running a givashiter.

man you need the cable braces for that carb. It goes on the side of the valve cover and holds the cable in place. I honestly don't know how it works without it.
