Re: prdrive rpm you need to get a rev limiter put on it. 4600 is what I have on mine. prob. looking at 43- 4400 wide open in the water with your setup.

Re: prdrive rpm who did you buy the motor from? it has a bb mikuni adapter on it. I would keep it under 4500 rpm. Just be careful running a givashiter.

Re: prdrive rpm man you need the cable braces for that carb. It goes on the side of the valve cover and holds the cable in place. I honestly don't know how it works without it.

prdrive rpm When the motor is in the water your ok without a rev limiter it's when you hit something and the motor comes out the water is when you pray!!
