 gas pouring out of mikuni i recently put the 42mm mikuni on my GTR i had to install an alectric fuel pump, the stock fuel pump couldnt keep up. bought it from the local oreilys same size like all the guys on here told me to with. now while the motor is running i steady have gas pouring from the drain on my carb.

Re: gas pouring out of mikuni I had the same problem. I put a fuel pressure regulator from the same aisle right after the pump set to 4 psi and it works great. I also like that if I get in a bind and have to replace it, it doesn't matter what psi the pump is.

Re: gas pouring out of mikuni Its nothing bad its normal on the mukuni's some do it some don't i had to do mine, it just allows the float to put more pressure on the seat and seal it off and not keep letting fuel pour in the bowl.
