Re: CDI's any leaking crank case gaskets yet? Mine leaks, never had any problem though, I just keep an eye on the oil level. I've had the gasket changed 3 or 4 times, but it's out of warranty now, so it'll just have to leak lol. As CB said, I should probably check the case bolts though.

Re: CDI's any leaking crank case gaskets yet? Red loctite, but you have to get rid of all oil residue first and let it dry before getting any on it. Kinda hard to do. I think I saw a line from loctite that was a little more resistant to oils also, you may look into that. The normal shit at the autoparts store only works well if its really clean.

Re: CDI's any leaking crank case gaskets yet? yes yamabond is what he used on my motor, didnt machine the block just the internals. he squared the case and the block and machined the internals for end play. still use the orings but no gasket.
