Post Big Blade and tiller torque
I put on a new MB big blade prop and ran it about 30 min’s. It felt like it had more tiller torque than with the smaller blade. I have always ran the smaller blade prop and just wondered if this was normal. I am going to take it out all day on Sunday a just see if I have to trim it different. Just wanted some thoughts.

Took it out but I think I must of bent my skeg when changing the prop because I still have lots of torque but I think I know how to fix it know and it should work better. I will find out how it does with a load on Tuesday.

The big blade will have more torque than the smaller props.

I don't know my other prop was really stuck and one of the times I slipped I might have bent the skeg. Just trying to figure out the new torque but dog walker might be right so I am going to try to run it more and move some stuff in my boat before I start trying mess with the skeg.

Shift more weight to the left or offset your motor if its easy to do... if not then bend that skeg left a little (to the port) and that should help your torque...

My motor already sits one inch to portside and it is bolted to the transom.
