 Gutted stocker
Well I got the mm blues because I've got no motor to play with so I threw my 12 hp on a longtail frame a buddy of mine built. The muffler outlets came out of the side pointing directly to the u joint. So I figured I would gut and relocate outlets. I'm hoping to get around 10 hp out of this mod. Maybe throw a mikuni on it and get another 10 hp or so out of it with that. Pretty soon I will have a 33 hp motor!! I'm shooting for around 30-35 mph out of this motor with a 12x12 prop. Y'all think it will push that prop okay??
Some may call it niqqer rigged but I call it a presidential solution.

 Re: Gutted stocker
Did some mods to stock carb. Sharpen up everything and grind bolts down and did a little bit. Removed governor rod to carb and rev it up till valves float. Runs good until then!!

 Re: Gutted stocker
Not a whole lot but I'm sure it does a little good. Get a carb and a cam and billet connecting rod and remove governor. Might be a little money but it would be well worth it.
And if its a lct motor pull the back case off and check connecting rod. They are well known for the bolts on the caps to come loose and throw a rod.

 Re: Gutted stocker
I appreciate the insight. I don't know if I'm up to the mods as repairs might be a little out of my league
