how do you tweak the govenor on the 35 vanguard

While standing at the back of your engine, look between the muffler and air filter box. On the righ hand side you will see a phillip head screw that is threaded thru a spring. Turn this screw clockwise to raise your rpm's. I would raise them to about 4200-4250 out of water. To check them, just sqeeze your throttle wide open and see what rpm's your turning.

Then get a new Tiny Tac they ar only about 30 dollars and you don't want to get your rpms two high you will Fu@K Chit up.
