 BPS throttle
I ordered the BPS throttle leaver to put on my go devil and like a dummy i didnt measure anything to make sure it would fit. Well i went to put it on earlier and the throttle is just a tad bit to small to fit around the handle. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it? I came up with two options, either find a piece of pipe that the throttle will fit well over and cut it to length i need and cut the tiller shorter then weld the new smaller piece in it's place. Or i can get longer screws that will reach then tighten it up then heat the tiller pipe with a torch and tighten the screws until the metal bends or warps to fit the hole for the throttle. Does this sound practical or a dumb idea?

 Re: BPS throttle
Yes. Just keep taking material out till it fits. Careful its thin by one of the screw holes..

 Re: BPS throttle
Take a little off everywhere, but take the most off here. Get rid of that hump. Those screws are cheap. Make sure to use some grease or it will gall up.

 Re: BPS throttle
Had a machine shop take some off my handle. No modification to the throttle. $20 and was done.

 Re: BPS throttle
I don't see why you couldn't use with stock carb - i used stock cable with handle and PD EFI, I had to remove about 3/8" from housing on cable to get best results at the throttle body end of cable for the EFI

 Re: BPS throttle
The end was a little smaller, but I've had no problems with it coming out once I zip tied the black hosting to the motor and clamped it down with the clamp.
